Each 45 minute class is structured:

 

1. Opening Circle - check in with each

student to gauge energy and emotional

levels

2. Positive affirmation - start class off

with positive vibes!

3. Yoga movement – sun salutations,

tons of fun & creative games and songs that

incorporate yoga poses to get kids

moving

4. Breath work – connects the breath

and body; gives kids tools to help

them self-regulate in times of stress

(think: different ways to take a deep breath)

5. Meditation – works on focus and

helps cool down bodies towards the

ends of class

6. Relaxation – class ends in savasana

and a final relaxation

 

Yoga mats and any necessary props will

be provided for the children.
